Leadership
Jose Anaya - Latin America Managing, Director
His responsibilities include regional sales, customer success and operations teams, as well as coordination of partners in Mexico, Brazil and Colombia, focused on profitable growth through safety solutions and improved logistics productivity for long-haul and last mile transportation.
He began his career at Omnitracs in 2007 and previously held the positions of General Manager and Sales Director in Mexico.
LatAm requires an integrated operations and services approach through cross-functional collaboration to unlock and align processes, motivation to achieve goals, and coaching to help people reach their full potential.
José has a degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (I.T.E.S.M.) and has extensive experience in the logistics and transportation industry since 1995 through his collaboration with Ryder, Traffic Logistics, Aeromexpress and Menlo Worldwide.
Claudia Robles (Director, Human Resources)
She is a Senior Manager for Human Resources for Latam. A Business Administration professional with and MBA degree from Tecnologico de Monterrey ITESM, she brings more than 21 years of leadership experience in Human Resources: Strategy, Talent Development, Compensations, Attracting and Retaining Talent, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Budget Control, Payroll. Claudia joined Omnitracs on April 2020, she has distinguished herself as driving change, building strong relationships across the company, customer focus, building a strong team and being and effective Business Partner.
Julian Cabrera (Director, Engineering)
He is the Application Engineering Director at Omnitracs, Mexico. He is an information technology professional with 18+ years of experience, with 10+ years building and leading high-performance teams in software development in Mexico City to support international projects. Experienced scrum practitioner (SCM), Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified TOGAF 9, Certified AWS Certified Developer.
During his tenure in Omnitracs, he has been instrumental in assembling a cross-functional software development organization in Mexico and integrated it with the broader Engineering organizations
Enrique Trejo (Director, Finance)
Enrique Trejo is the Finance Director for LatAm at Omnitracs. With an accounting degree from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial, EBC as well as an MBA degree, with over 20 years of experience collaborating for Big companies such as Grupo Bal, Carso, and Prudential, leading the financial planning process, collaborating in investment projects, and business cases looking for the increase of profitability for Shareholders. Enrique has collaborated in interdisciplinary groups for the launch of the business unit as OdB in Brazil, as well as the development of terrestrial solution (Fleet Solution) that contributes consolidate the Omnitracs market share in Latin American. One of Enrique's constant goals is to take advantage of the tools and as consequence make the planning and analysis processes more efficient. He is a promoter of collaboration across all areas of the Company for more precision in decision-making. Also is a supporter of developing team member's career pathing.
