AWT provides a platform to create a company culture that propels the personal and professional development of high-performing women in today’s workforce. Since 2019, we have accelerated the building of this community to include both men and women working together to drive the importance of acknowledging and elevating the contributions by women in the workplace.

We promote the advancement of women at Omnitracs through our network, peer mentoring and professional development opportunities.

We are making Omnitracs a great place to work for all Black Omnitrackers and equipping them with the tools necessary to succeed. All while promoting Black diversity, culture, and inclusion.

Black Employee Resource Community (BERC)

BEACON at Omnitracs was founded in 2020, and supports Black employees and allies through educational opportunities, networking and cultural awareness events, and external partnerships. We aim to recruit, retain, and employ Black Omnitrackers; and pride ourselves in not only sharing the Black perspective, but also making a real impact in the communities we serve.

OmniVets is our employee resource community for military veterans globally, their families and supporters. Founded in 2018, OmniVets are passionate about helping the veteran community with transition to civilian work and mental health programs, as well as honoring those who have served.

Our community for military veterans, their families and supporters from their respective countries raises cultural awareness of veterans across Omnitracs and our passion for veteran hires.

OLÉ seeks to foster a Latino culture that promotes inclusivity by building community and contributing to Omnitracs’ overall success as a world-class company.
