Devender Malreddy (Director, Review Operations)
Director for Review Centre & Client Services at Omnitracs, India Operations. An alumna from Osmania University with an MBA degree, he brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in business, corporate and employee development, strategy, workforce, and finance. Devender has a deep understanding of Fleet Safety, Security, and Video Solutions to reduce risk in driving. He has been instrumental in building India CoE grounds up from a mere 5 to an impressive 550 employees. During his tenure of 12 years, he has distinguished himself as a ‘People’s Leader with LEAN approach’. His leadership is marked by the use of automation and process reengineering for cost optimization, a high degree of employee engagement, and leadership building.
Iffat Aziz (Director, Business Operations)
Provides leadership to the Transportation Intelligence, Review Operations and Business Operations functions at the CoE. She brings extensive and across the board experience in the area of Strategy, Operations & Business Excellence. Before joining SmartDrive, Iffat was managing operations for the Business Management segment at Broadcom. She was part of the leadership team at CA Technologies to driving site excellence around operational efficiency, Product Quality and cross BU collaboration. She specializes in driving and enhancing value out of varying organizational portfolios, across product & services companies and across billion dollar, mid tier and start-up companies. Iffat holds a masters degree in business administration and is also a computer science engineer.
Pradeep Bandakli (Director, Engineering)
Director of Engineering and Site Leader at SmartDrive India Engineering, Bangalore. Pradeep brings in more than 22 years of technology leadership experience focused on engineering products and building global teams in emerging technologies such as Analytics, IoT, Enterprise Mobility. Prior to SmartDrive, Pradeep was a Senior Technical Manager at Nokia Software where he was leading teams focused on building platform analytics components used in various Nokia products. Prior to that Pradeep worked as a practice lead at Infosys where he built the Internet of Things and Mobility practices ground up. In addition, he has held engineering positions at Philips Semiconductors, Lucent Technologies and Robert Bosch. Pradeep earned his Master of Software Systems degree from BITS Pilani and Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Bangalore University.
