Ray Greer (Chief Executive Officer)
Has been a well-respected leader in the transportation and logistics industry for many years. Prior to his current role, Greer was president of BNSF Logistics, subsidiary of Burlington Northern Santa Fe, a Berkshire Hathaway company. In addition, Greer has held leadership roles at Greatwide Logistics Services, Newgistics, Ryder Integrated Logistics, and FedEx. Greer received his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and Telecommunications from Christian Brothers University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of DCT Industrial Trust and LifeVantage. He has also served in advisory roles with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the White House Council on U.S. Competitiveness.
Stacey Martin (Chief Human Resources Officer)
Is responsible for the growth and development of a solidified organizational culture that encourages the empowerment and engagement of all employees at Omnitracs. With over 20 years of experience and leadership within dynamic technology organizations, she guides a team of HR professionals in creating opportunities that will holistically advance and strengthen the overall Omnitracs workforce. Prior to joining Omnitracs, Martin served as the group vice president of human resources at Travelport, vice president of human resources at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, and senior vice president at Science Applications International Corporations (SAIC). Martin also worked at CGI Group in various positions, including vice president of human resources and workforce development where she oversaw a team of 100 professionals. Martin received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from George Mason University and has earned Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications.
Michal Yariv (Vice President and General Manager of Strategic Initiatives)
In this role, Yariv focuses on the development and implementation of value-added services and applications that can be deployed on top of the core Omnitracs products. Her teams utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and data capabilities to explore new avenues that continue to drive efficiency for Omnitracs customers in addition to top-line revenue growth. Yariv brings a wealth of market knowledge, product strategy, and leadership to the team. Yariv has over 20 years of experience in transportation and technology. Prior to joining Omnitracs, she held leadership roles at Coyote Logistics (acquired by UPS) and Expedia. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Master of Science in IT, both from Northwestern University.
Pam Marion (Chief Customer Officer)
Has responsibility for customer migrations and implementations, customer success, customer support and technical operations, and large customer programs at Omnitracs. She brings more than 25 years of software experience to the Omnitracs executive team. In her most recent role, Marion served as Chief Customer Success Officer for Domo where she was responsible for working with customers in all aspects of the E2E customer experience. She was accountable for strategically driving all of client services which included consulting, support, account management, renewals, education and strategy. During this time, she increased renewals to record levels along with both customer and employee engagement. Prior to Domo, she spent 12 years with SAP, where she served in many leadership roles in services, sales and development. During her last two years she served as Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President of strategic programs and customer experience for SAP SuccessFactors. Prior to SAP, she worked a combined 15 years with Kronos and Ultimate Software, leading national teams in consulting, sales, development and account management. Marion holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics from High Point University.
